One of my all time favorite "fast food" Mexican restaurants. Been coming here since I was 10, Pedro is my families favorite & knows what we want the minute we walk in.
Food always hits the spot for me!
I've tried almost everything from the wet burritos like I got tonight, the tacos, the chili verde, shrimp cocktails & lots others & I've never had a complaint about any of it.
Service is also good, Vickie or Pedro are my favorites the newer employees aren't as friendly & don't check on our tables often but Vickie & Pedro are always around to help!!
The restaurant use to be a typical hole in the wall. However, they recently got new tables/ booths & flooring & it looks so good. -

Gave this place another chance a few years after they screwed me over and yet again it's bad.
The food quality is amazing, but the service you get is horrible for the waitresses they make you feel extremely uncomfortable and not welcomed there rude to you I seriously hate to say this but if you're not Hispanic they don't converse with you my mother spoke to them saying hello several times and the lady barely gave a grunt one seat away a family was sitting she engaged laughed asked if they wanted refills kept giving them fresh chips and salsa yet we didn't get any of the same service again a family behind us of same ethnicity same result difference experience with the service. I had to constantly ask for things they never checked on us. Management needs to seriously work on there staffs service a customer should never feel un welcomed in your establishment color skin language spoken or not spoken everyone deserves equal service period the Mexican restaurants remind me of a home feel good authentic food with authentic music and a good vibe this place doesn't house any of that except the food is great here.

Stopped to have quick lunch since in the area , and must say this place is pretty darn good ! From the Modelo Michilada to my raw shrimp tosatada to my kids taco plate and my fiance's carne asada , shrimp wet burrito! It was all above average taste ! Our server " Rita "was very sweet and offered great customer service! This place did not disappoint at all ! Music is low enough to converse amoungst each other and everyone was satisfied with their plate ! We will be back !

I may not be Mexican, but I know good Mexican food! Casa Adelita is a hidden treasure in a small neighborhood. Catering authentic Mexican food.
It was a cold evening and my GF and I were leaving the LB town center. I was tired of the overpriced trendy, fusion, spots that we've been frequenting. So This was perfect on the way home! We ordered the Chile Verde and albondigas soup. Both hit the spot! Dinner came with complimentary chips and salsa that almost ruined my appetite bc I couldn't stop eating them. The 2 gentlemen serving us were very nice and attentive. They also had some TVs playing a soccer game and a juke box... I had to play some Ramon & Elisio, just because Mexican food always goes great with music! Hope you guys give this a try! -

Casa Adelita is a small unassuming restaurant I've been passing up for the past 20 years. WHY? I ask myself. Probably because of other places ending up in disappointment. Ok so I finally decided to stop in on a rainy day looking for a nice warm bowl of soup. Caldo De Res to be exact.
Upon entering I didn't know what to expect. Maybe it was a dive I thought. Turns out, I was pleasantly surprised. A small and intimate dinning room with booths. Clean and inviting. We were greeted with a smile and served quickly. I love this little place. The food is excellent! The Caldo is very authentic. The albondigas is slightly more tomatoey than I'm used to but nothing to worry about. It's still delicious!
Many Mexican restaurants have lost touch with real food from the motherland. Usually it seems like a greasy plate smothered in cheese. A major turn off for someone craving real Mexican food but his place should be proud to be serving up good food.
Thank you and next time I'll be bringing back the whole familia!
